Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING TERMS

1. All terms quoted are FOB from our warehouse or each manufacturer’s warehouse and/or shipping location.
2. Shipping charges are for UPS Ground service, FedEx Ground service, US Mail, common carrier Freight Line deliveries within the continental United States.
3. We reserve the right to ship any order by common carrier Freight Line.

• SHIPPING CHARGES for STOCK ITEMS (EXCLUDING CABLE, POSTS, OTHER LARGE ITEMS)
Orders less than $750.00………………Add $15 Shipping Charge
Orders $750.00 or more………………..FREE Shipping

ADDITIONAL CHARGES Orders shipped COD will be charged a $ 9.00 COD fee for each carton shipped AIR SHIPMENTS (UPS, FedEx, etc.
Regardless of invoice amount, Air Freight charges are Prepaid and Added to invoice.
$25 minimum airfreight charge or exact amount if airfreight charges exceed $25.
No COD’s allowed for Air shipments.

• SHIPPNG CHARGES for NON-STOCK ITEMS and SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS (INCLUDING CABLE, POSTS, AND OTHER LARGE ITEMS) The above shipping charges do not apply to non-stock and special order items. Additional shipping charges will apply to these items. (Ask the sales department for details.)

• FACTORY DIRECT SHIPMENTS Factory Direct Orders normally shorten the delivery time to you. Factory Direct Orders cannot ship COD. • LARGE ITEMS Regular shipping terms do not apply to cable or products which are unable to be shipped by UPS or FedEx Ground, because of size and weight. These products will be shipped by freight line or other shipping method at purchaser’s expense.

• SPECIAL PROGRAMS Regardless of amount of purchase, we reserve the right to modify shipping terms for special purchasing programs and/or special sales promotions.

• DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES All shortages and damaged materials must be reported to Magical Illuminations within 10 days of receipt of the original order. Boxes and packaging materials must be retained for possible carrier inspection.

• REFUSED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS Our exact shipping costs will be charged to you for any shipment returned to point of shipping origin by UPS, FedEx, U.S. Mail, or common carrier marked as “Refused”, “not there on three attempts”, or for any other reason.

Return Policy

SHIPPING TERMS We cannot accept the following items for return or exchange unless defective. 1. Lamps 2. Replacement Parts 3. Sales Aids 4. Modified Items 5. Special Order / Non-Stock Items 6. Merchandise purchased over ninety (90) days

• MERCHANDISE PURCHASED WITHIN 30 DAYS Buy with confidence with complete satisfaction to you and your lighting customer. Any stock product which you purchase from Magical Illuminations can be returned within 30 days of purchase by following the instructions below.

1. Merchandise must be in the original factory boxes in condition for resale
2. Contact our sales department for a (RGA#) RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION number. Please furnish the Magical Illuminations invoice number and date, or your purchase order number and date, for the items being returned .
3. All returned boxes MUST be marked with the (RGA#) RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION number. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid to Magical Illuminations by UPS, FedEx Ground, or U.S. Mail. Keep the tracking number of the shipment for your records. All items returned MUST arrive at Magical Illuminations within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
4. Once items have been received and inspected, you will be fully credited for the items and issued a Magical Illuminations credit memo. You may apply this credit memo to your next purchase. If you request a refund for these items, one will be issued.
5. Refunds for returned items purchased by cash or checks (if requested)- Magical Illuminations will issue a company check thirty (30) days from the date returned items were received.
6. Refunds for returned items purchased by credit card (if requested)- Magical Illuminations will issue the refund amount credited back to the credit card account thirty (30) days from the date returned items were received.
7. Returned items may affect the volume discount that you earned on your original order. Any additional charges that this may cause will be deducted from your credit memo or refund.

• MERCHANDISE PURCHASED WITHIN 30-90 DAYS Buy with confidence with complete satisfaction to you and your lighting customer. Any stock product which you purchase from Magical Illuminations can be returned within 90 days of purchase by following the instructions below.


1. Merchandise must be in the original factory boxes in condition for resale.
2. There is a limit of $1000 for items being returned for credit.
3. Contact our sales department for a (RGA#) RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION number. Please furnish the Magical Illuminations invoice number and date, or your purchase order number and date, for the items being returned.
4. All returned boxes MUST be marked with the (RGA#) RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION number. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid to Magical Illuminations by UPS, FedEx Ground, or U.S. Mail. Keep the tracking number of the shipment for your records. All items returned MUST arrive at Magical Illuminations within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.
5. Once items have been received and inspected, we will issue a Magical Illuminations credit memo for the purchased price, less a 20% restocking fee. You may apply this credit memo to your next purchase. If you request a refund for these items, one will be issued.
6. Refunds for returned items purchased by cash or checks (if requested)- Magical Illuminations will issue a company check thirty (30) days from the date returned items were received.

• DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE Magical Illuminations honors the established warranty of each manufacture in dealing with defective merchandise. The item(s) will be repaired or replaced and returned to you as specified in the manufactures warranty terms. No substitutions.

1. Contact our sales department for a (RGA#) RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION number. Please furnish the Magical Illuminations invoice number and date, or your purchase order number and date, for the items being returned .

2. All returned boxes MUST be marked with the (RGA#) RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION number. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid to Magical Illuminations or to the manufacture’s warehouse if so instructed using UPS, FedEx Ground, or U.S. Mail. Keep the tracking number of the shipment for your records.

3. After receipt and inspection of returned item(s), they will be repaired or replaced and returned to you as specified in the manufactures warranty terms.
