• CREDIT CARD PAYMENT Pay by Credit Cards-we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover

• CHECK PAYMENT Make checks payable to Magical Illuminations, Inc. Pay by Check-we accept company check, cashiers check, money order, wire transfer.

• RETURNED CHECKS Any check issued to Magical Illuminations, Inc. and returned from the bank for any reason will have an additional charge of $35.00 invoiced to the customer and must be paid before any subsequent orders can be shipped.

• CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) UPS will accept company check for COD orders. We reserve the right to require payment by cashiers check. The maximum COD shipment is $1500. All orders exceeding $1500 will require payment in advance. NOTE-UPS DOES NOT accept cash payment. UPS shipments require a COD fee for each box shipped. (See shipping terms.)

• PRICES All prices, delivery, shipment, terms, discounts, as well as finishes, product listings, and manufacturing details are subject to change without notice. Written proposals or quotations are firm for no more than 30 days, unless otherwise provided for in writing. All terms quoted are FOB from Magical Illuminations warehouse or each Manufacturer’s warehouse and/or shipping location.

• ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS Magical Illuminations reserves the right to select its customers and to reject any order. Magical Illuminations requires a completed customer information form to be on file prior to acceptance of any orders.

• PLACEMENT OF ORDERS All orders must be placed in writing, signed, and confirmed for accuracy. Orders to be submitted by fax or mail. For your convenience Magical Illuminations provides customer order forms for placing orders. The use of these forms will help to eliminate product order and shipping errors.

• SPECIAL ORDERS Special order items or custom items require payment in advance. Special orders must be placed in writing. Special order items, custom items, or non-stock items may not be cancelled, changed, or returned once the product has been ordered.

• SALES OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES All shipments to foreign countries must be pre-paid in United States currency (dollars), and drawn on a U.S. bank. All customs fees and/or brokerage charges are the responsibilities of the purchaser.

• OTHER IN NO EVENT SHALL MAGICAL ILLUMINATIONS, INC. BE HELD LIABLE FOR CONTINGENT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BECAUSE OF THE PRODUCT’S USE.
